Phool wala Staff are truly amazing. The flowers we ordered were sight unseen and absolutely perfect for the occasion. They are truly professionals with the customer service of a neighborhood flower shop. I wish I could give 10 stars, unfortunately Yelp only allows 5. By far the best florist in The City!
I Went Pune there to buy flowers for my grandmother birthday. The florist was so nice and put together a beautiful bouquet for a very reasonable cost. Service was quaint!!!!

Worse service ever.my order ID was 147315 and phoolwala failed to deliver on time. I have called multiple times to helpline but answer was not satisfactory.CC told me gift will be delivered by 12.30PM but it’s still not delivered.worst service.never buy from foolwala
on there website you will get see only good reviews. you may get trapped by seeing reviews on there website but reality is completely different
