    This is really sad to see that there is no response after two business days as well. No one even bother to acknowledge the matter!!

    I know about you since long but this was the first time I downloaded the App and placed order. I placed TWO orders but unfortunately it was a worse experience. The restaurant was hopeless and the service level of food panda was really miserable. I placed the order in the morning for 7PM. at 7.30 pm received a call from the restaurant stating that the they have received only one confirmation not the two though both the orders are pre-paid. The restaurant owner told that they dont know anything and I need to deal with Food Panda. I tried to reach to food panda over phone and it was real tough to reach to reach. after a long struggle i reached to customer care where they clearly told that they have confirmed both the orders. they even done want to take any responsibility. I want to know who is in the faultier side, is it me who made a mistake by choosing Food Panda as a reputed internation brand? My first order which was though confirmed to be delivered at 7 PM, got delivered at 10 PM. The second order didnt gpoot delivered at all. I want a justification for this and want my money back.

    Please refund my money back ASAP.
